East Oxford Community Centre

CT Walters Electrical was appointed to deliver the mechanical and electrical package for the East Oxford Community Centre, working in partnership with ODS Group on behalf of Oxford City Council.

The scope of works included a full M&E installation, the design and installation of a 21kWp solar PV system mounted on a standing seam roof, as well as fire alarm systems and access control solutions to support safety, compliance and day-to-day operation of the facility.

We were delighted to deliver integrated, energy-efficient solutions for a public sector and community building, combining sustainability with robust, reliable electrical infrastructure.
