In partnership with main contractor Edgar Taylor, CT Walters Electrical has completed the complete renovation of a three-storey office building into 11 luxury flats, directly adjacent to Princes Risborough train station.


Our team designed and installed the entire electrical system, including:

  • Incoming mains distribution

  • EV car chargers

  • LED lighting throughout

  • Power, smoke alarms, data & TV distribution in all flats

  • Door access, electric heating, lift services, fire alarm, broadband, and smoke control systems in communal areas

This project showcases our ability to deliver end-to-end electrical services in high-spec residential conversions.
